Five Outcomes to A Trade

My goal is to be either "Profitable, Neutral or CLOSE TRADE"

  • CRITICAL ASSUMPTIONS NOTE - When proper set ups occur, 4 Contracts are used only once per day per symbol.  The goal is to capture the best setup for the day and get as much out of the market as possible.  Any trades AFTER that trade, (if there are any), have only 1 contract and stops are managed aggressively.

/ES  Today Price Action and Alerts provided an  awesome early LONG entry for the Standard and Poor's 500 Index.

The rectangular green box shows when price broke above the RED and PURPLE dotted resistance lines.   blackFLAG Alerts then triggered minute by minute allowing me the opportunity to go LONG /ES with a tight stop (Below the support - light blue dotted line).

As the US session opened, price action continued upwards with minimal retracement testing of supports.

  • /CL   Oil Futures started yesterday an upward continuation move to reach the green resistance line (the regression line of the current channel). This resistance held overnight causing price action to turn over starting with the European Session.
  • During the US Session, price did go back up to test the RED and PURPLE Dotted lines allowing for a SHORT with a tight stop above the Green Line.

  • /GC Gold Futures stayed within the channel lines.  A back test of the dark black line could provide an opportunity to trade Gold Long assuming it holds.
